All returned parts and/or cancelled orders are subject to a 35% handling and processing fees OF THE TOTAL INVOICE ITEM AMOUNT. plus the customer assumes all shipping costs both ways.
AS THE DELIVERY/SHIPPING COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
The ONLY way to avoid the RESTOCKING FEE is if the Customer gives us the opportunity to replace part with an equal valued part. For that no other fees apply.
This applies to 25% DEPOSIT HOLDS as well if the part is put on hold and later not needed or changes your mind. If hold is for a part over $5,000 the Deposit of $1,000 is non-refundable. Holds are up to 10 days NO EXCEPTIONS
There is a RESTOCKING FEE because once a sale or deposit is done the wheels are in motion parts are removed, tested, cleaned, prepared for shipping, parts are then taken off the market, all this costs.

What to expect as far as the time frame ( HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET TO YOU).
Usual delivery time is about 7-14 working business days ( So not weekends or holidays ) However due to some unusual circumstances affecting shipping companies (such as weather, volume, etc…) please understand you may need to allow additional time.

There is a $125 Residential shipping fee if you are having your part shipped to either your home address, or one the shipper considers residential.
How your part arrives to you:
Your part comes strapped to a 3×3 pallet, most of the time fully shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids. It arrives at your shipping address via a common carrier, such as Estes, YRC or R&L Carriers.
